Directions to Lehigh County Extension Office Directions From I-78 East, take exit 54 to Route 222 North/Hamilton Boulevard. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Lincoln Avenue. At the stop sign, turn left onto Dorney Park Road. Go 2/10ths of a mile and the Lehigh County Ag Center is on the left just before the Cedarview Apartments and Cedarbrook (County Nursing Home). Parking is available in front of the office. From I-78 West, take exit 54B to Route 222 North/Hamilton Boulevard. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Lincoln Avenue.
